Juneteenth Tour - Sumner-Ramer Memorial School
Step back in time while visiting the Sumner-Ramer Memorial School Museum in Martinsburg, where Civil Rights pioneer J.R. Clifford once served as principal. Completed in 1917, the school building served the Black community until 1964. The school continues to be used by the Berkeley County Board of Education.
