Monados in the Making Camp is not just about learning all of the different career paths available; it's about having FUN too! Monados in the Making Camp is a unique learning experience on a college campus that will introduce students to potential educational and career pathways in a fun and interactive environment. This camp is for current 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. Monados in the Making Camp is not just about learning all of the different career paths available; it's about having FUN too! All students will participate in scheduled learning activities led by industry professionals. Our campers will have access to different sessions provided by our faculty that will allow them to try their hand at cooking, engineering, digital media, and cybersecurity just to name a few. In each camp students will: Explore Zane State College and Career options.Engage in interactive, hands-on activities related to college and career fields.REGISTER NOW! Please contact Samantha Mozena with any questions at [email protected] or 740.588.5000 ext. 1222 Drop-Off and Pick-Up: Drop-off your child between 7:45 a.m. and 8:15 a.m. Pick-up is between 12:15 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. During the drop-off and pick-up periods we will have activities available. Adults will be asked to show a photo ID at pickup. We will not release a child to anyone not listed on the child’s pickup list. Drop-off and pick-up will take place at The Campus Center, main entrance. Signs will be posted. What to Bring: Water bottleSunscreen and/or hat for outside timeLayers (we’ll be inside and outside)Mask (optional)Registration Includes: A Zane State T-shirt (size must be provided at registration)Lunch & Snacks throughout the dayCell phones are permitted but must be used during appropriate times and should remain off or on silent during camp activities. When your student is participating in activities, they will not be able to answer their phones.We recommend leaving valuable items at home. Zane State College is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Cancellation Policy: Refunds can be requested through Eventbrite up to one week before the start of camp (June 20th). Eventbrite service fees are non-refundable. Camp registrations cancelled less than one week before the start of a camp will not be refunded. Registration Closes: Sunday, June 5, 2022 at 12:00 AM
