Window and Door Field Service Technician

Window Classics, Florida's premier window and door distributor, is looking for a qualified field service technician. Position responsibilities to include some combination of the following: Travel to various jobsites or projects throughout the southern part of Florida Carrying Out work orders as scheduled Diagnosing technical and mechanical problems with windows and doors and repairing as required. Ordering parts based on field inspections of damage or defective products. Maintaining Company Van with proper stock of parts and tools Coordianting repair work with customer as to accommodate their workflow and any valuables in the nearby work area. Creating a courteous and pleasant environment for the customer while interacting with them. Teamwork with other technicians on jobs that require multiple crews. An occasional overnight out of town stay will be required when a job location dictates. ***Experience in Construction Field and/or Windows and Doors preferred*** Position is full time Monday through Friday. Minimum 40 Hours a week. Hours vary slightly from day to day depending on work location but generally run somewhere from 6:00-7:00 to 3:30-4:30.
