We are looking to grow our team and add an additional Property Maintenance Technician to our Commercial Property Management Company. We service locations from Delray Beach to Pompano Beach. Must be familiar with all aspects of office systems including Roof Leak Repairs, Lighting, BASIC PLUMBING such as installing new toilets, replacement of electrical outlets / switches, changing of light bulbs / ballasts, and general office repairs. Must be able to climb a ladder and lift up to 50 lbs. Indoor & Outdoor work environments in varying weather conditions. Must have reliable transportation PICK-UP TRUCK or Van MANDATORY. 2+ years of fieldwork experience mandatory. Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm, weekends MAY be required on an as-needed basis Cell phone allowance (after 90 days).& $0/48/mile reimbursement during working hours. Must be authorized to work in the USA. ***no calls about this job***
