Join us for a fun filled family ride on the beautiful Airline Trail to support the ongoing mission of The Lefty Cycles Project. This is a go at your own pace ride with a rolling start from 9am-11am, and you pick your total distance! From the Colchester Airline Cycles shop to the East Hampton shop is close to 14 miles, but you can turn around at any point giving you the option to ride 1-28 miles. Helmets and Smiles are required. Parking behind the Airline Cycles Colchester shop allows for easy access to the trail head. The Airline Trail is described as an easy pathway, consisting mostly of crushed stone surface, about 10 feet wide, relatively flat, and perfect for all skill levels. This event is donation based, and all proceeds benefit The Lefty Cycles Project Mission to get bicycles in the hands of those in recovery, families, and children. Stay for music, entertainment, give-aways, lawn games and food following your ride. Rain date will be Sunday, May 22, 2022.
