Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts is excited to offer a Mediterranean-inspired cooking class featuring healthy and bright flavors.
Enjoy the flavors and colorful dishes of the Mediterranean. Immerse yourself in the healthy and bright culture of this region by creating mezze dishes with Escoffier Instructors. The class is presented by Escoffier Chef Instructor Richard Jensen and will focus on fresh pita shaping and cooking, roasting eggplant, making hummus, and more!

What is the cancellation policy?
Class registrations can be refunded through Eventbrite up to 7 days prior to the class date. Class registrations are non-refundable less than 7 days prior to the class. Missed classes may not be made up.
The school reserves the right to cancel any class not meeting enrollment standards and to change recipes based on product availability.
*It is extremely rare for a class to be canceled due to weather.
Is there an age requirement?
Students under the age of 18 may attend our classes when they register and attend the class with a parent or guardian.
