Please join us on Saturday evening April 30, 2022, honoring Mary Palmer as our 2022 Community Champion! Mary Palmer recently retired after 28 years as the Town Clerk for the town of Canaan (Falls Village). In addition to serving as Town Clerk, Mary has been a steadfast advocate for townspeople and town causes. Since the Housing Trust’s inception, Mary has been an affordable housing supporter and knows from her deep connection to the people of our community that there is an urgent need for more affordable rental housing in our town. The Falls Village Housing Trust Inc. is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization working to establish River Road Homes. This rental development will provide sixteen 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes in Falls Village, which will support our working families, young adults, veterans, and seniors.
