From mature child to seniors, relax in a seated or laying down position on your yoga mat, blankets, pillows or bolsters bring whatever makes you comfortable to listen to the healing angelic vibrations of crystal chakra bowls, planetary moon gong, and multiple chimes triggering different meridians energetically throughout the physical body for about 45 minutes with 10 min breathe work meditation in the beginning. During the sound therapy, Holy Fire Reiki will be given to every individual from a distance through the palm of the healer, Marizol, Holy Fire Reiki Master. Reiki is a Universal Life Force Energy that heals the body physically, emotionally, and spiritually balancing chakras making one feel relaxed and refreshed as if you just had the best massage or ventured off to the different galaxies & planets.
