Celebrate Spring with a Historic Trolley Tour! The City of Albany plants over 100,000 tulips, in celebration of our Dutch heritage and our enduring friendship with our Sister-City, Nijmegen. Join Discover Albany’s Maeve McEneny-Johnson on the CDTA trolley for a historic tour. Together, we will seek out the tulip beds throughout the City, learn about Albany’s history, and, of course, the origins of the Tulip Festival. Weather permitting, we will briefly disembark from the bus and stroll through the crown jewel of the festival – Washington Park! Tour is dependent on a minimum number of ticket sales. Please book your tour by noon on Tuesday, April 26th. "Tulips and Trolleys" is a partnership program between CDTA and the Discover Albany Visitor Center.
