Description
Join us for an opportunity to learn about cacao, indulge your senses with a sound bath & participate in a cacao ceremony About Cacao Ceremonies: Cacao ceremonies are a centuries-old Mayan ritual seen as the ultimate heart-opener. In addition to being packed full of vitamins and minerals, cacao increases blood flow to the brain which helps to strengthen awareness and focus. It helps the body to heal, detoxify, and give your immune system a good boost. Drinking cacao together in a sacred ritual, where intentions are set, can unlock euphoric states, release negative emotions and connect us to ourselves and the loving energy within our body. Cacao connects us to our energetic hearts, helps open our heart space, and connects us on a deeper level to ourselves and others through the frequency of love, compassion, and joy. About Cacao Medicine: Cacao is a natural stimulant, vasodilator and muscle relaxant. Helping to relax our hard working bodies, allowing blood to flow more freely through our blood vessels and energize the nervous system. Everyone will be served a ceremonial dose of 42g. About Sound Bath: What to expect: As we drink, we'll share a brief description of cacao, it's history and benefits. We will then be led through a sound bath, and guided heart meditation to deepen our journey. Following the meditation we'll open up to the group to give everyone space to write their thoughts or share and release their experience. Sharing is completely optional but is an incredible tool for releasing and healing. We will also be led into a restorative pose and be guided into a deeper state of awareness and healing.
