ServSafe Manager provides the approved food safety training required by FDA Food Code for retail food establishments in Colorado.
This training comes with a study guide, 1 - day training (in-person), lunch and proctored exam. Study guides are also available in Spanish, Chinese, and Korean. Should you desire a language other than English, please contact Nicole at [email protected] or 970-382-6461.
Day 1: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (class), 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm (exam)
You have 2 hours to complete the exam; you may or may not need all of this time. However, please plan your schedule for the day assuming you will.
Please pick up your book from the La Plata County Extension Office, 2500 Main Ave., Durango, CO 81301, or pay an additional $11.00 to have it mailed to you.
