Variety dance band playing beach, current, R&B, country, soul, funk. Male vocalist in place. Practice in Kings Mountain at dedicated practice facility. Age not an issue. Easy going fun group. Have a dedicated practice facility. Easy going fun group. All have day jobs. Looking for lead-rhythm for classic thorough 90's. Age is irrelevant, dedication is relevant. We are looking for ability, tone and experience. Guitarist must be willing to practice and play gigs. We are not a garage band. Band is composed of experienced, seasoned and musicians who come to practice prepared. A Christian rock/metal band is looking for a vocalist. Interested musician must have a relationship with Christ and be dedicated to the Christian walk. Our goal is to glorify Christ with our music. We have day jobs for income so this is for the love of music and playing out on occasion. Musically we are open to playing a variety, with our primary focus on hard rock and power metal. Some influences are: Skillet, Theocracy, Disciple and Stryper. Since we will play mostly originals, we need a vocalist that is able to and enjoys writing lyrics. Would like to get someone on board to get up to speed by then. We play lots of mainstream stuff and some not so mainstream stuff you don’t hear many bands doing. Think Petty, Eagles, Seger, Beatles, Stones, Skynyrd, etc, and some 80’s stuff as well. We’re all nice folks with no egos and easy to get along with. Looking for same type, no drama, drugs, etc. We’re all 50ish but age is not a factor if committed to the music. I have a great practice room at my home in King area that is in a separate area of the house away from the living areas. Pro PA system and equipment.
