Variety dance band playing beach, current, R&B, country, soul, funk. Male vocalist in place. Practice in Kings Mountain at dedicated practice facility. Age not an issue. Easy going fun group. Have a dedicated practice facility. Easy going fun group. All have day jobs. Looking for lead-rhythm for classic thorough 90's. Age is irrelevant, dedication is relevant. We are looking for ability, tone and experience. Guitarist must be willing to practice and play gigs. We are not a garage band. Band is composed of experienced, seasoned and musicians who come to practice prepared. A Christian rock/metal band is looking for a vocalist. Interested musician must have a relationship with Christ and be dedicated to the Christian walk. Our goal is to glorify Christ with our music. We have day jobs for income so this is for the love of music and playing out on occasion. Musically we are open to playing a variety, with our primary focus on hard rock and power metal. Some influences are: Skillet, Theocracy, Disciple and Stryper. Since we will play mostly originals, we need a vocalist that is able to and enjoys writing lyrics. Guitar/harmony vocalist; 2nd guitar slot. Can you play lead and rhythm as needed? Can you learn and retain very specific guitar lines as well as being able to solo as needed? Sing harmony vocals Bass guitar/harmony vocalist; can you play your own melodic bass lines and NOT feel the need to "lock in" with a drummer? Also an occasional mandatory bass line as needed and one or two solos. Sing harmony vocals. Female vocalist with 20+ years' experience in search of band in Charlotte, NC - Fort Mill, SC areas. Have performed songs by best female vocals of past 50 years: Aretha, Whitney, Mariah, Celine, Pat Benatar, Blondie, Diana Ross, Linda Ronstadt, Susan Tedeschi, Bonnie Raitt, Etta James, etc. Have fronted wedding, 80s, top 40, classic rock bands.Have own equipment including small personal PA.Recently transplanted to SC. Most performance experience in NY, NJ and more recently, Richmond, VA.
