Hello I am looking for a little buddy to ad to my family, I have knowledge with birds ranging from macaw's to love birds. I've been around them my whole life my grandparents raised macaw's and love birds as well as quakers and several other breeds. I assisted with hand feedings and cleaning and wing clippings however I do not believe in clipping the wings just my preference I believe a bird should have full flight access. I would prefer a whole set up but that isn't necessary I would also prefer a young bird as I do not have time to provide hand feedings just love and a happy healthy home I would also prefer for the bird to be hand tame I know as well that is different when it comes to a new person and environment. I have a child who doesn't bother them just likes to watch and listen and a dog, no cats and my dog has had experience with birds as my family still own a few flighty family members and he doesn't bother them one bit I honestly think he rather enjoys their company lol. No gender preference or color preference I'm not picky in that department nor am I interested in breeding I know what it takes price wise to provide proper care for these animals and I am not financially unfit to pay for a vet visit if needed.
