Installer is responsible for the installation of In Home and Commercial Custom Manufactured Window Coverings and Exterior Shade Systems. Installer must be able to safely work of step stools (90% of the time) and ladders (10% of the time) and also have the ability and skills to find solutions to finish the job when issues arise. Installer must keep a clean work space, maintain an acceptable appearance and able to effectively communicate and interact with customers. Installer must also interact with sales and office staff with input to help with continuing team improvement because of the high volume and fast pace the company works at. This position also requires skills needed to learn Shade programing and interface automated shades to remotes and gateways. All tools, equipment, and vehicle are provided and must be maintained in exceptional condition so as to reflect a positive image of the company. Training provided both on and off site.
