Charcuterie Workshop & Wine Tasting

During this live and interactive class with Food Specialist Harley Brinkman, you will learn how to build a gourmet charcuterie board as well as the basics of properly pairing wine with charcuterie.
By employing a bounty of fresh, high-quality ingredients and a variety of textures and flavor profiles, Harley will show you how to create a charcuterie board that is visually stunning, tastes incredible, and is sure to impress anyone.
We will also be joined by a representative of Opolo Vineyards who will provide a tasting of four different wines to enhance our experience.
** Wine Pairings** Opolo Sparkling, Opolo Mountain Zinfandel, Opolo Merlot, Opolo Cabernet Sauvignon (2oz pour of each).
