Join us in movement to raise awareness and donations in support of mental health. Mindstrong is an impactful, fun-filled fitness, tennis, and social event that will raise awareness and donations in support of Mental Health Awareness Month. Donations will benefit Chicago-based non-profit organization, Hope For The Day (HFTD) which focuses on suicide prevention by providing outreach and mental health education. ​Participants in the Mindstrong event have the opportunity to choose up to four exercise programs, including yoga, dance, strength, Cardio Tennis, and more. The Cafe will be available for the duration of the event serving light refreshments. Pop in and out of this space as your exercise schedule allows, and meet some great, new people. Guests welcome, no membership required for this event.
