IMMEDIATE MANAGEMENT OPENING Superior Fence and Rail of SWFL is hiring a full-time Production and Installation Manager.  We are looking for someone with previous supervisory and construction experience who is dedicated to their job and eager to grow with our company. This is an exempt level, salaried position which requires critical thinking skills, independent judgement, the ability to travel independently, and proven exceptional customer service ability. Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to, oversight of installers and on-site supervision at worksites; general supervision of warehouse crew members; general oversight and participation in the building of fences, ensuring proper construction and safety standards are followed; and follow-through on projects from start to completion, including participation in problem solving, ensuring open communication and exceptional customer service.  No nights, weekends or holiday work!  We offer competitive wages, paid time off, holiday pay, and health/dental/vision/life/retirement benefit options.
