General Duties and Responsibilities:
Clean the internal hardscape, seating areas and external walkways
Operate and maintain press washer machine
Patrol entire site for any safety hazards and/or spills that needs to be cleaned
Empty, clean and dust all waste receptacles and ash urns
Spot clean carpets and mats
✓ Spot clean/ wipe down tables, chairs and benches
✓ Vacuum carpeted areas and mats
✓ High dusting, low dusting
✓ Glass cleaning
Clean bathrooms and high trafficked areas
general maintenance experience consisting of painting, patching, light bulb replacement, and event set ups
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be able to drive a utility cart
A clean MVD record
SCHEDULE: Wed - Sat 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM & Sun 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Off - Mon/Tues)
