Join us for our quarterly beer dinner hosted by Head Brewer, Brad Wynn, and Culinary Director, Kyle Fletcher. We will be serving some fantastic craft beers, paired with an epic four course meal.
Amuse:
Pate Crostini: rye crisp, pickled mustard seed, micro greens
First Course:
Heirloom Tomato Salad: bronze fennel, pickled blackberry, danish blue cheese, extra virgin, crouton, tarragon cream
Second Course:
Heritage Duck: confit duck leg, roast duck breast, celeriac puree, cranberry jus
Intermezzo:
Ligonberry Sorbet: candied lemon, thyme
Third Course:
Wild Boar Rack: parsley, garlic, lemon, danish caramelized potatoes
