Join Your Community for an Earth Day Clean-Up Saturday, April 23 at 9am! Friends and Neighbors, Saturday, April 23, 9am, our community will be cleaning up Trebes Park and the surrounding grounds to honor Earth Day 2022! Trebes Park Advisory Council, Friends of Mayer, Oz Park Baseball Association, and Sheffield Neighborhood Association are leading the effort to clean up our treasured neighborhood asset and we need your help! Everyone is encouraged to come pitch in. While there will be a limited number of rakes, brooms and garbage bags on site for you to use, we suggest you bring your own work gloves, rakes, brooms, shovels, and garbage bags to make sure there is enough for everyone. We invite you to arrive early that morning as we will be serving doughnuts and coffee to help energize the crowd! Nothing like a good sugar rush and caffeine push to start the day :). Our organizations know that our community members care deeply about our nautural resources, so we look forward to seeing you Saturday morning! The plan is to be done no later than 12pm, as it's Opening Day for Oz Park Baseball. Spring is here! When you arrive, please visit the check-in table located on the east end of Trebes Park.
