Get your church security team trained and certifed in one training session. COURSE DESCRIPTION Are you searching for an effective program for your church’s security team? Increase security and reduce liability for your house of worship by getting you security volunteers trained and certified. Our training program will:  Train your team on how to identify potential threats.  Certify your team in verbal and non-verbal de-escalation techniques.  Certify your team in CPR/AED  Train your team on how to prepare for potential violence and react quickly  Certify your team active shooter response INCLUSIVE  All training equipment to include all first aid and CPR training kits, training tourniquets, wound simulators, classroom material and course manuals.  Certificates of competition and certification.  Snacks and beverages. INSTRUCTOR Michael Mann, CPP®, PSP® has gained valuable experience in conducting anti-terrorism and physical protection operations for three decades. Michael conducted anti-terrorism operations in the United States and Central America while serving as a member of the United States Marine Corps Fleet-Antiterrorism Security Team (FAST); he successfully completed assignments in uniformed services, Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) and criminal intelligence for the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department (MNPD); he served as a Special Response Team (SRT) Area Commander and Vulnerability Assessment Team (VAT) member for the National Nuclear Security Administration’s (NNSA) Federal Protective Forces (FPF); managed and developed physical protection programs for commercial nuclear fuel fabrication and chemical facilities; managed protection details for at-risk persons and their families; and designed and managed physical protection programs for private Christian schools, churches, and Christian camps/retreats. Michael has a Master of Science (MS) Degree in Security and Risk Management; a Certificate in Terrorism Studies from the Centre for the Study of Terrorism and Political Violence, University of St. Andrews and he studied terrorism at Tel Aviv University, Tel Aviv, Israel. Michael is also a 32- year student, practitioner and teacher of modern pistolcraft and self- defense, an educator, and he serves as an adjunct staff member for a large university assigned to teach courses in criminal justice, homeland security and counterterrorism Michael is the owner and lead consultant for Michael Mann Security Services, an independent security management firm that specializes in providing churches, private schools, and ministries with comprehensive protection strategies. Michael is also on staff at Fellowship Bible Church as the manager of security, leading physical protection operations for campuses located in Brentwood, TN and Franklin, TN.
