About Cacao: Ceremonial Cacao is a Plant Medicine that has the ability to heal the mind, body and spirit. She allows you to drop into your heart space and to remember the connection you have with your true nature. Cacao has been used ceremonially for thousands of years across Central and South America as far back as the Mayans and the Incas. Like nature our mind, body and spirit is always trying to come back to a state of balance and healing, but in the west we are constantly trying to find a quick fix which is outside of ourselves and does not address the root cause. The Spirit of Cacao allows you to step into your emotional self, without getting wrapped up in it. About Sound Meditation: Veneé McGee will facilitate a sound healing session with crystal singing bowls, chimes, drone instruments and the human voice itself.. We focus on our chakra systems to activate and balance the heart chakra, reach deep within and build a strong sense of compassion and empathy for ourselves and others. Then we will work on our throat chakra to open up channels to understand and articulate our deeper truths. Finally, we will work on our Solar Plexus chakra to generate the confidence to activate your throat chakra further and empower you to speak your truth to yourself and others. When we work on our upper chakras we are tapping into the feminine consciousness and building our self love, self worth and self value, developing an overall sense of self acceptance, confidence and courage. Our ceremony is a deeply immersive experience where you will bathe in the healing tones of Crystal Singing Bowls with a gentle guided meditation after activating your senses and inner self through medicinal cacao.
