Do you like sausage? Have you ever wanted to learn how to make your own? I'll teach you how! Come join us for a fun day making your own Italian sausage. This hands-on class will introduce you to the world of sausage making. I'll teach you everything from meat selection and seasonings to salting and preservation. This is more than a class, its a social event! Samples of my homemade Italian sausage and various cured meats will be served along with other tasty treats.
