Ladies, want to learn wilderness travel and survival skills in a friendly, supportive environment? This may be the class for you. ONE FOR THE LADIES In most respects, the skills that women need to carry with them in the wild are no different than what men need. Firecraft. Foraging. Sheltering. Navigation. And so on. But in addition to the basics, there are a few things that are unique concerns for women, that significantly improve your experience - safety, comfort, hygiene, etc. In this class, our all-female slate of instructors will cover both. You'll learn essential wilderness survival skills, plus meal planning tips, self-defense strategies, gear selection criteria, and, yes... best practices for how to pee in the woods.
