Join us in movement to raise awareness and donations in support of mental health. Mindstrong is an impactful, fun-filled fitness, tennis, and social event that will raise awareness and donations in support of Mental Health Awareness Month. Donations will benefit non-profit organization, Florida Initiative for Suicide Prevention, Inc. (FISP) which is committed to the prevention of suicide by helping to alleviate those factors in society contributing to feelings of alienation, desperation, isolation, helplessness, and hopelessness through Education, Survivor Support, Advocacy, Prevention Program development, and Research. ​Participants in the Mindstrong event have the opportunity to choose up to four exercise programs, including yoga, Zumba, strength, Cardio Tennis, and more. The Cafe Terrace (weather permitting) will be open for the duration of the event serving light refreshments. Pop in and out of this space as your exercise schedule allows, and meet some great, new people. Guests welcome, no membership required for this event. Every song is a different workout, and every class is a new playlist.The Barre: Use targeted bodyweight movements and hold challenging positions to build strength, tone up, and increase flexibility.Zumba: A dynamic, low-impact cardio fitness workout that fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow dance moves.Vinyasa: Synchronize movement and breath to cultivate strength, balance and serenity in this all-level yoga class.312: This high-energy, total body workout incorporates cardio, strength, and core in every class. Three workouts, one instructor, no two workouts the same.STRONG Nation: Combines high intensity interval training with the science of Synced Music Motivation. Music and moves work together to push you past your perceived limits to reach your fitness goals faster.Cardio Tennis: A high-energy tennis workout that features fast-paced drills choreographed to heart-pumping music for players of all ability levels.
