Position Summary: An essential member of both the Production and Receiving teams, the Senior Coordinator has a keen attention to detail and willingness to jump in wherever they are needed. This position will begin working as early as 2:00 am and is responsible for supporting both the Receiving and Delivery teams. What you will bring to The FruitGuys: You are very reliable and enjoy starting work between 2:00 - 4:00 am. You are self-motivated, organized, and have excellent time management skills. You have a clean driving record and would happily jump in a delivery van to cover a delivery route, when needed. You enjoy doing a variety of jobs throughout the work week and have a flexible attitude. You are committed to customer happiness and high quality work. You are calm under pressure and quickly adapt to unexpected tasks or challenges. You are able to work independently, as well as be part of a team. You are comfortable entering information into a computer. You are always friendly, respectful and willing to listen when interacting with others. You take safety seriously and you like being active at work, because you will routinely lift up to 40 lbs. Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly recommended. If you have recent forklift driving experience that is also a plus.
