Position Type: Full-Time Position Description: Level 2 Roofing Service Repair Technicians are responsible for performing multiple system-type roofing repairs on local commercial and residential buildings. Department: Service Roofing Service Repair Technicians report to Service Manager Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Make site visits to customers • Help Tech 1 Assess roofing problems • Set Ladders of all sizes • Move equipment and materials on and off the roof • Perform roof repairs on multiple roof system types • Perform roof maintenance on multiple roof system types • Learn to be a Leak Forensic Investigator • Deliver outstanding customer service • Follow all safety rules and regulations • Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations • Complete required paperwork and computer inputs in a timely, neat, and accurate manner • Learn roofing software and “the Warren Way” of performing roof service work Other Duties & Responsibilities: • Pick up materials • Run errands Desired Attributes, Knowledge &/or Skills - The successful candidate should: • Be reliable • Be team-oriented • Be able to work with or without supervision • Have a keen eye for detail • Eager to learn • Be technologically-savvy • Have a thorough knowledge of wood repairs • Display a professional demeanor • Possess strong communication skills Desired Education, Certification, Licenses &/or Experience - The successful candidate should: • Have a clean driver’s license Work Environment &/or Physical Demands - The position requires the candidate to: • Be able to use a 32 ft. ladder efficiently and safely • Comfortable working on roofs Compensation & Benefits: • Great pay with a defined career ladder • Year-round work • Medical benefits • Paid holidays • 401K retirement • Profit sharing • Training and professional development opportunities How to apply for this position, please respond to this ad with a resume.
