Hola! Drummer wanted for psych-blues, folk-rock, avant roots, improvisation and other mixed bags. I'm a mature guitarist. songwriter singer and multi-instrumentalist with a good bass player in the pocket and ready to go. Looking for drummer to round out band and then find a fourth. Lots of influences from classic to edgy and inbetween, I love great songs but also searching improvisation and I'm always up for some art-damaged deconstructivism. Reply with some of your interest and links to your playing and I will do the same. Roots in 90's indie ala Sonic Youth, GBV, Pavement, Grifters, garage revival (Oblivians, the Spits) as well as folky stuff like Fairport, R. Thompson, Joni Mitchell, John Martyn and relatively contemporary stuff like Neko Case and Shannon and the Clams. Will also cop to being a recovering deadhead and a frustrated jazzbo.
