We are two musicians looking to either rent or share the rent on a musical studio somewhere between Bayview and RWC. We are in our fifties and just need a corner of a room for a drum set and a guitar amp. We would just need access 1-3 times a week, most likely one weekday night and the occasional afternoon/evening on the weekends. We are drama free, financially reliable, and just looking for a place to play/record our music.
