Looking for Workshop Space in East Bay

Hello Craigslisters! I'm looking for a workshop space in the East Bay (Emeryville, Berkeley, El Cerrito, etc) for light woodworking and manufacturing! I do not need much space, 400 sqft would do (more would be ideal though), and am willing to pay! If you have a garage, ADU, additional space with electricity, etc, and do not mind a little noise from time to time please let me know. I am incredibly responsible, have an amazing track record of on-time payments, and can help out n any additional way I can. That means I can do repairs to your space, home, etc. from plumbing to electrical to finished carpentry as well! Ideally, the space would have 2 110v circuits, a possibly 220v circuit, or any combination of those! Water is not required but greatly appreciated too. Please let me know and if you know of anyone with a space like the one I'm describing, please share this with them.
