Private Wine Tasting with Slow Food Philadelphia and Karamoor Estate Wines It is time to drink some wine and learn about our local gem, Karamoor Estates Vineyard in Blue Bell, PA. We will enjoy an exclusive tasting hosted at the vineyard while sampling a selection of local cheeses and charcuterie. Karamoor Estates uses 100% estate-grown grapes to produce the wines. They have immaculately maintained vinifera vines that grow Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Malbec, and Pinot Gris on 27 acres. All the grapes are harvested by hand. An informative and lively discussion about what makes a wine "Slow" will be hosted by Slow Food's Master Oenophile, Joe Brandolo!
