Urgent help/info needed for Ukrainian refugee family with kids.

Looking for information and help where to begin, i have never delt with this before, gf family, a mother and 2 kids age 8 and 13 arrived 4/14 and literally cannot find anything except a homeless shelter which is not the place to be, these are not drug addicts or the like, they are good quality people whos home and lives were ruined. Can someone point me in the right direction for immediate help for Ukrainian refugees, they deserve better than this in our country, this is not ok especially when this administration has been tooting their horn about welcoming these people and helping. Apartment housing will not let them be added to stay with their sister and i have no idea how i can be of much help, everything is to expensive, few places i have called or emailed never get back to us. Any and all help is very much appreciated, thank you!
