Join Billy Penn on Snyder Ave for Philly trivia at Newbold Exchange Billy Penn Philly Quizzo is in person in South Philly this month! We're partnering with coworking space Newbold Exchange for the April 2022 edition of our local news and history trivia night. Pass the time with questions about the city you love, brought to you by co-hosts Danya Henninger and Sakeenah Benjamin. 🏆 We will award prizes for Top Score and Best Team Name, so start studying and get creative. Philly Quizzo participants also receive 2 complimentary beer tickets during the game. And since you can't brainstorm on an empty stomach, order some pizzas or hummus from Stina's Pizzeria down the block. Philly Quizzo features 3 rounds of questions: Round 1 → Philly Past Round 2 → Philly Present Round 3 → Philly Future Come with your own team, or join forces with some nice strangers! We'll be upstairs at Newbold Exchange, an adaptive re-use coworking space (with free Ultimo Coffee on tap) that's located in a former movie theater at 18th and Snyder. The building started in 1919 as a silent motion picture house called the Becker Theatre, then became a catering call in the 1950s. Please note: advanced registration is suggested (and required for guaranteed drink tickets.) This event has limited capacity.
