SILVER SPRING, MD — Eight condo units were affected by a fire Monday afternoon at Rock Creek Village in Silver Spring and about a dozen people are displaced, said Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Spokesperson Pete Piringer. Fire crews responded to the condos and knocked the fire down, said Piringer. No one was injured. Fire crews respond to the Rock Creek Village condos.
