Looking for Maintenance person for boutique lodging between two properties. Must have pickup truck. Responsibilities will be varied each day and regular tasks include Mowing Lawn and weed whacking Changing hot tub water and treating hot tubs Painting/staining Basic repairs Washing windows etc Moving lawn furniture/ planting grass/ landscaping Spreading mulch/ weeding Replacing propane tanks and maintaining grills Collecting trash and driving it 2 miles to landfill 2x week Basic plumbing/ carpentry/ tool knowledge required. Ability to lift 50lbs Clear communicator No Drugs or alcohol at work Must be able to work under a female boss with no issues. Must be friendly and be prepared for occasional guest interactions. Fun and friendly Environment with long term growth opportunities. Monday- Friday 9am to 4:30 pm $15 an hr to start with $50 a week for gas as you will be using your own truck on property Raise to $17 an hour after 6 months. $500 season completion bonus paid at end of year.
