Description
I know this is a long shot but I figured I would post and see what happened. I purchased a very expensive standard poodle puppy 10 weeks ago that I was told had been through puppy culture and would make a great candidate for a service dog. We all know these dogs are not cheap so all my money that I had saved went towards this dog.
When the dog arrived home she was sick and had to be treated at the vet for coccidia which was not cheap. She also had a very extensive umbilical hernia and has extreme bladder and incontinence issues which we are going to address with a very expensive surgery. She will continue to be our family pet, but in the meantime I am on the hunt for another service dog candidate since she could not be used due to her urinating every time she moves. I have severe hypoglycemia and my current service dog is 12 years old and has terminal cancer.
I'm on the search for someone who may be willing to trade reptiles for a puppy. I know the same. Super sketchy but I have put about $5,000 into our standard poodle puppy trying to figure things out with her health.
I have a 9-month-old sulcata tortoise, and two ball pythons. They don't come with enclosures because I use a rack system and a tortoise table that we built. I paid $500 for one of the ball pythons 200 for the other and $200 for the sulcata. The snakes also come with about a year's worth of food/ frozen rats. I'm not worried about papers But they would be amazing. The animal would be fixed when age appropriate. Willing to travel!
We have a half acre fenced yard. We do have vet and groomer references if needed as well.
I have attached a picture of our Luna bug.
