Lawn Care/ Mowing Sub Contractors Needed $45-55 per hour

My company is looking to sub contract incredibly dense mowing routes in the Broomfield area to reliable, professional individuals. We will handle all of the customer communication, invoicing, etc. and you will be paid at the beginning of the week following the work performed. For example, if you performed services for us this week, you will be paid on Tuesday the 26th via direct deposit. These are all small residential properties that are well maintained- these are not overgrown, bank owned properties. We don't use any mowers larger than the Toro 30" mowers. There is also opportunity for sprinkler, fertilization, aeration, shrub trimming, and weed control work if desired. -Must have your own equipment, insurance, etc. and be able to present yourself professionally and communicate with customers professionally while on each property. -We have enough properties to fill an entire route for the week for several crews -Easily make $45-55 per man hour once you are familiar with the route.
