Press release from Town of Windham: April 15, 2022 The Town of Windham is pleased to welcome Brian McCarthy as our new Town Administrator. Brian will be only the second Town Administrator in the Town's history, replacing David Sullivan after 34 years! Brian is looking forward to leading the Town of Windham and building strong relationships with the Employees, Boards, Committees, and the Citizens of Windham. Brian lives in Windham with his wife, Pamela. He already enjoys the parks and recreation areas in Windham. You may see him cycling on the Rail Trail, walking around Griffin Park, or attending local car shows (he's a car enthusiast). No matter where or when, you will likely see him out and about Town! Brian served as the Town Administrator for the Town of Pelham over the past seven years. Prior to that, Brian served as a NH State Trooper, Chief of Police for the Town of Brookline, NH, and a Lieutenant for the Pelham Police Department.
