NEW MILFORD, CT — Police have arrested a former New Milford Hospital nurse accused of sexually assaulting a patient, according to FOX 61. The arrest follows a lengthy investigation into a December incident. Charnjit Bains, 61, was charged with first-degree sexual assault and fourth-degree sexual assault. An arrest warrant alleges that Bains groped the female patient and forced her to perform oral sex on him, according to FOX 61.
