The online event — subtitled "The children are our future: How are the children doing?" — will feature a panel of students from fifth grade to college freshmen who will lead a discussion on the impacts of race and racism in the region. The event will also have breakout rooms for small-group conversations where participants "can share their own stories," organizers said. Man Shot, Killed In Fight Between Drivers In Maple Grove: Police "We often hear adults share about the impacts of race in their lives, but youth rarely have platforms to share the experience of how race impacts their daily lives," organizers wrote on Eventbrite, where residents can register for the event. The 9th annual Community Forum on Race is scheduled to run from 6:30-8:15 p.m. April 28. "W.E.B.
