Almost 1 yr old unaltered male goldendoodle

I have a male, unaltered goldendoodle who will be a year old in May. I bought him from a lady off of Craigslist not too long ago. She did not disclose how food aggressive he is or how aggressive he is with other animals....He is chasing my cats and nipping at them, he bit my daughter's dog and she has over 7 puncture wounds, and now he's going after my other dog. I need to rehome him to a no other animal home....He's fine around people, loves people, however he is way way way hyper and he shows his teeth all the freaking time (he's smiling, not being aggressive). There is a rehome fee due to the nature of his breed. He is fully utd on shots, just not neutered.
