NEW LONDON, CT — Eight new "New York style" apartments are now available for rent in the two top floors of 53-55 Bank St., The New London Day reported. For decades, the building had hosted guests as the Royal Hotel, but has deteriorated over time. The building was renovated by real estate developer and owner Yehuda Amar. The 500-825-square-foot spaces will be rented for $1300-1500 per month, The Day reported.
