Job Summary Up and coming property management company is looking for a reliable, skilled maintenance worker to perform essential tasks at each of our properties. In this position you will perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to lawn care, preventative property upkeep, light carpentry, painting, demolition, and hauling. Will train the right individual but you must be reliable, motivated, and have a keen eye for detail. Duties and Responsibilities • Perform preventative property maintenance at each property to ensure each property meets company standards. • Meet with City Inspectors to ensure each property meets city compliance. • Complete interior and exterior work orders including, but not limited to: light electrical, light plumbing, light HVAC, drywall repair, and painting. • Responsible lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal at each property as needed. • Responsible for being On-Call for emergency work orders. • Perform cleanouts and haul away belongings left behind by residents. Requirements • Reliable Transportation, truck preferred. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Ability to work unsupervised • Great communication skills - Communication will be by cell phone with manager Ideal candidate is willing to learn and grow with the company. Part time to start but willing to negotiate significant pay raises and more hours for the right candidate in the future.
