Stolen four-wheel scooter

This morning 6:45 a.m. there was a four-wheel brand new eWheel Scooter stolen from a senior building, At 915 Yuma St, the thief was spotted at Walgreens shortly after he stole it busting out the ignition by the time cops or anybody could get there they could do anything he was gone how low do you have to be to steal from a senior citizen. It's his transportation for crying out loud this is way way low if anybody has any information about this please contact me I would really appreciate getting this back for my neighbor,He's not even well enough to do this so I'm hoping some one seen it after He had taken off from Walgreens but we're going over right now to look at the cameras and he was standing right under the cameras hopefully we can identify this young man the young Thief I should say broad daylight he's got some cojones all right. Brand new $3,500 scooter. It's not lost it's stolen
