Looking for someone to apprentice and eventually run a mobile kettle corn and funnel cake food booth business. We setup at Carnivals/festivals/company picnics/farmers markets. The ideal candidate would be able to drive a truck and trailer, have food service industry experience, have kitchen work experience. This gig will require you to run a kettle and funnel cake machine. This gig would require you to be able to lift and move 50lbs sacks of raw product on a regular basis. Stand for extended periods of time. Setup and breakdown/cleaning for each event. Work and talk with the public. Spanish speakers are a plus. This gig would run about 12-15 weekends a year, you must be available for all gigs. Gig week schedule will most resemble the following: Wed or Thursday setup, shift from 3p - 8p. Friday from 4pm-11pm, Sat/Sun from 11am to 12am. Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record. $200/ Day for $800/Week Flat rate Cash paid to Independent Contractor. Need to Have Drivers License and Insurance, Reliable Transportation Need to have Experience driving large Trailers.
