We are a small Management company looking for someone to join our Gallup team. Please be willing to learn, and have a positive attitude. Requirements: -Must have valid drivers license -Must have your own reliable transportation -Flexible schedule (schedule may vary - depending on property) -Perform various maintenance functions including repairs to the following: electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance. -Assist with property emergencies, such as water leaks, snow removal and/or other inclement weather emergencies If you are not prompt, honest and a hard worker, you need not apply.
