Guitarist/songwriter wanted for KISS-style band

I'm looking for a specific type of person, one who doesn't just like Kiss, but one who really gets what made their early music so unique. I need you to understand how the different influences came together, how they balanced instrumental riffs with vocal melodies, how they constructed songs to be interesting, catchy, and heavy, yet still fit for casual listening. It's hard to pinpoint of course, but my goal is to create more of it, so we need to understand what makes it tick. You also need to be familiar with music terms and theory, and be able to pick up songs by ear. You should have some experience trying to write your own songs as well. I'm primarily a bassist, but I know guitar (and drums and keyboard) as well, as in I understand how guitar parts are created and played. I just lack the chops to be a competent guitarist or write fully-realized guitar parts, which is what I want another person for, as well as for co-creating songs, of course.
