We are looking for a responsible and reliable person to work with our family on a long-term basis, Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. We are looking for an ideal candidate that is resourceful, consistent, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in our home in Rancho Santa Fe. Duties & Responsibilities: 70% of the job is house, garden, cars, and irrigation maintenance and repair. 20% will be management. We need someone who has experience with management to organize house supplies and keep track of inventory for restocking. We need someone who can coordinate various types of events, and decorate the house for the holidays. 10% of the job consists of various errands. These errands include package shipping which includes carrying heavy boxes, occasional grocery shopping, dry cleaning, feeding, walking our two dogs and cat, taking the trash out, etc. Requirements: Driver's license, social security number, reliable transportation, professional references (3), love for pets, strong organization, and communication skills.
