I hired an artist to design some cartoons for our band. He was awesome for a few years, but, when I prepaid the last job, he never finished it and will not respond to emails. I have the cartoons, and they basically need to be either redrawn or completed. If you think you can handle the job, I will forward what I have and you tell me and get me a price.
